I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but after the amazing experience I had, I just had to share. Working with AJ (Mr. Jeong) and the Cetra team to replace my old skylight was an absolute pleasure, and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. From start to finish, AJ made the entire process a breeze. His knowledge and attention to detail really made him stand out from the other agents and quotes, I received. AJ was incredibly friendly, took the time to explain everything, and patiently answered all my questions. The installation was quick, and the results are fantastic. If you’re thinking about replacing your skylight, I can’t recommend Cetra enough!

I had an excellent experience with AJ and his guys. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, their team was highly professional and attentive to detail. They took the time to explain the roofing process, answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had. The work was completed efficiently and with great craftsmanship, and the finished roof looks impressive. Additionally, they maintained a clean work site throughout the project. We wanted to install 3 new Skylights in the house and we found Cetra Exterior. Steven arranged a time to come by the next day and had a quote ready for me with handful of options based on my house. We had used Cetra Exterior team to do our roofing, Steven was able to come out for a quote the next day and provided me with the official quote that evening. They scheduled us in a week later for roof replacement and got it done in 2 days. Very quick and efficient group of guys, would use them again.

Steven was great, he was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. We replaced our roof and installed a new skylight from them. They did a great job, love the new skylight!! Highly recommended!
