Very professional and so efficient! Everyone who I dealt with was very warm and professional. Their quote was lower than a lot of the other quotes I got and they even discounted the final invoice when they only found one layer of shingles(other quotes came in stating that they saw 2 layers). The Roofing job took one day and the eavestrough work took one day. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. All of this should be basic customer service, but I have read reviews on other companies that miss these little things. And it makes a big difference.

This spring I had two shingles come off during two separate wind storms. What I thought was damage caused by the weather (and certainly it was exacerbated by it) was caused by animals. As there was a water leak, not only did Platinum contact me on a non-business day to assure me they received my emergent message, and every day after with updates, but sent a technician within days to look at my roof who repaired the site of the removed shingles permanently. The extensive report that was provided gave very detailed instructions on the repair and other improvements like replacing old caulking to prevent further damage. The level of customer service I received was outstanding - on a roof they had installed 14+ years ago. Thank you Platinum Roofing & Exteriors Hamilton!

I highly recommend Platinum Roofing & Exteriors Hamilton! I was impressed by the first meeting to receive a quote. After hearing about our leak issue, the owner Nick arrived with the sales manager Andrew to pop up onto the roof to take a peak. Another roofer had temporarily tarped the problematic section of the roof but there was still a small leak. Nick found the problem and temporarily corrected it even though we hadn’t even sat down with Andrew yet to review our options. Now that is professionalism! Long story short, we had our entire roof replaced. Paul, the project manager, and his crew were very organized and carried out a terrific job, along with clean up. The work was documented via photographs and a drone which certainly nailed the customer confidence factor. Thank you for a job well done! I highly recommend Platinum Roofing!!

The guys from Platinum Roofing just replaced very old gutters on my house and I'm really happy with the entire process. They were quick in getting me an estimate, which turned out to be pretty fair compared to other companies I called, and booked me in as soon as weather was acceptable for install. I am writing this review for my sister Elisa and her husband Eric who replaced their roof, fascia, eaves troughs and downspouts last week in Cayuga. (This is a follow up to my Nov 8 2024 review for similar work at my mother's home on Garth St.)The Platinum workers took only two days to complete this large project. Kalobe's roof crew at one point totaled 12 workers. They were efficient, organized and demonstrated a high degree of skill and safety while being extra careful to protect the surrounding property. The crew identified weak decking that needed to be replaced and this was done at no extra cost. While it was a long first day, the crew was determined to finish installation by the end of the day. The transformation was amazing.Taylor's crew came the following day to complete the sheet metal work including the leaf gutter guards and even provided some additional capping at no extra charge at the end of another long productive day. The overall look of the finished work is modern and stunning.In all, from the clear original quote from Platinum's knowledgeable estimator Andrew, to the conscientious and highly skilled installers to the super organized and friendly office manager Denise, we could not be more pleased with our overall experience with this company.Thanks again Platinum Roofing for your quality work and customer care. Platinum Roofing, as far as we are concerned, goes above and beyond the only 5 stars here listed here. There is not a step this company did not excel at. The initial estimate with Andrew was extensive, yet made me feel completely relaxed to have this man in my home, he took his time going through every detail, and answered all my questions, and even answered some I had after initial estimate, so professional. Then we moved on with the pleasure of the Office Manager Denise, who again made us so comfortable with our questions, helping us with tile choices, we were given a sample of our top 3 to take home, see in different light, making sure of our choice, walking us thru each step and choices, giving us time to think and choose, all with a smile and coffee while we spoke, following up to confirm we had no other questions or concerns. Denise communicated with us right thru to the end, working out the rain days, making sure we knew exactly what and when, we really appreciated this open line of communication. Then the day of work, Paul the project manager, and Kaleb's crew were fantastic, professional, respectful, polite, hard working and just pleasant, we had the roof, baffles in attic, vents, flanges and extra metal work done, even capped our garage frame. Day of completion we were supplied with pictures all the way from start to finish, when I arrived home from work you would never of known a crew was working there, so respectful with not only our property but the neighbors as well. Paul came back a few days later to inspect, go thru the project with us again, the warranty and any follow up we had, even offered to help with another issue we had that was unrelated to the project. 15 out of 10, 150%, can not recommend this company more for any project you might need that this company can fulfill, please call them, include them in any quotes you are getting, they will not disappoint you!! We just got our roof replaced and siding done by Platinum after having a leak in our roof this spring. Andrew came, inspected our roof, and quoted our job out. All aspects of the quote were laid out clearly and he answered all the questions I had.Denise was very helpful in all our phone conversations and scheduling the work. She was very knowledgeable in terms of what we would need to meet the requirements for our insurance claim.The roof replacement was completed in one day by Kaleb and his team. The crew was very competent and the roof looks neat and properly done. The crew took great care with our property, covering up our decks with tarps and plywood. They cleaned up well also, which was important since we have young kids and didn’t want them stepping on nails or sharp metal.The siding, fascia, and eavestrough took two days. Taylor and his team asked questions along the way and made recommendations to ensure everything was ventilated and draining properly. We are very happy with the end result which shows the competence and professionalism of the workers at Platinum.Overall we are very pleased with our experience and would recommend Platinum Roofing and Exteriors for sure.

From my first contact with their office to their estimator Andrew's quote, I was immediately impressed with their professional sevice. Highly recommend Platinum Roofing. The process from end to end was very seamless.In the spring, we had Platinum come do some repairs from wind damage. We asked for a quote as well since we knew our roof needed to be done in the next year or so. Nik was honest with his feedback on the current status of the shingles- and we decided to replace the roof this summer.The communication from the entire team from start to finish was incredible. Kaleb’s crew was respectful, professional and they cleaned up everything everyday. The end result was worth it.

My experience with Platinum to get our roof redone was wonderful ! The team took the time to explain what services they provide and the cost breakdown. On the day of the service, the team started at 7:30 a.m. and were completely finished (including clean up) by 3:30 p.m.! Our roof also looks great. I highly recommend Platinum.

They even did a quick repair job on a bare section before the work could begin. We ordered new shingles and a skylight. The company was not pleased with the fit of the first skylight and reordered us a new one. Kallum Justin and their crew took great care of protecting our house and property. Platinum Roofing worked on my mother's two storey home last week with a minor rain delay in between. They are, without a doubt, the most capable, skilled and customer focused installer you can imagine. Their estimator Andrew provided a detailed estimate and recommended getting other quotes (which we did) and we chose Platinum based on reputation and positive recommendations, not to mention a reasonable price. The crew was on time and described exactly what to expect and if we had any questions or concerns. They were METICULOUS in protecting all of my mothers plants as well as the windows and doors and moved several pieces of patio furniture out of harms way. They even covered the air conditioner. At one point there were six installers working at the same time and progress was very quick. They suggested moving a vent to a rear portion of the roof to increase curb appeal and did not charge us for the extra 2 sheets of plywood required to do it. We opted for the upgraded GAF UHDZ shingle package that look absolutely stunning with the defined shadow effect as seen from the street. This product comes with a 50yr warranty. Platinum gives a 15 year workmanship warranty that we could not get with some of the other companies. A bonus is that the warranty is transferable when Mom sells her home.Overall, we are extremely pleased with Platinum roofing and its crew and are especially grateful for the amazing reception we received from their super-friendly and professional office manager Denise. She co-ordinated everything with precision and to our satisfaction. She even sent us 100 digital photos of the entire removal and replacement of the roof with each layer and flashing detail clearly visible. The final cleanup of our property was especially appreciated and you would never know they were there, except for the incredible roof they left behind!We highly recommend Platinum roofing and anticipate using their professional services again starting with siblings and some close friends next spring. Highly recommended. The entire experience from start to finish was easy and professional. Of the quotes we got, Platinum offered a high quality product at a reasonable price. The sales person did the best job of explaining the product, process and options. We ended up with a lot of back and forth with the office and Denise was patient and accommodating. Taylor and his work colleagues installed new eavestroughs with leaf protection and we are very pleased with their service. Work was done in a professional manner, old materials were removed and all was done while protecting the existing gardens. The installation crew were happy to explain what they were doing and upon completion did a walk-through to make sure everything was cleaned up. Our roof was showing signs of needing replacement in Fall 2023. We had hoped for a couple more years. A raccoon trying to get in the attic in late winter 2024 and advice from Raiders Wildlife convinced us it was time. We went with 3 quotes and decided on Platinum Roofing. The quote was in the middle - not too high and not too low. It was also the #1 rated by Raiders Wildlife. Paul and Denise for Platinum Admin were excellent in going thru the process, giving us addresses to be able to select the right shingle and allowed us an additional 6 month delay between quote and installation without an increase in cost. There was excellent and timely communication throughout the entire process. The crew, headed by Justin and Kalib were exceptional! They arrived on time, prepared site protection and quickly got to work. They gave us recommendations to improve the end result. They totally cleaned up at the end of Day 1 even though they were returning the next day. Even a neighbour commented on the site preparation. On Day 2 it was the same process. The cleaning process was excellent including returning all outside furniture back to its original location. We highly recommend Platintum Roofing! We highly recommend Platinum Roofing & Exteriors to any homeowner needing a new roof, attic insulation, new siding, soffits, eaves troughs and downspouts. Nick the owner was very patient with us as he explained all the choices we had in terms of materials, available warranties, and colours. Taylor and his crew were very professional and friendly. They did great work, cleaned up every day and they quickly addressed any minor issues. We are very happy with the final results. A big thank you to Nick, Taylor, Denise and the Platinum team.

Had a great experience with Platinum. From Nick's initial inspection and report, to Paul and Taylor and and crew coming out to do repairs, to Denise in the office.The team was always available for communication and Nick and Paul were kind enough to do a follow up visit following the repairs.Everything was explained clearly and photos were provided of the work that needed to be done and the work that was done. Nick was very detailed in his explanations and I appreciate that. Very good experience with Platinum and would not hesitate to call again.

We had Taylor's crew at Platinum roofing & Exteriors replace our roof and add two sun tunnels this week. First off the workmanship was top notch, great attention to detail and we can notice a huge change to the temperature in the upper floor of our house with the installation of solar fans to help with airflow on our mansard roof. Taylor was great in explaining everything, walking through pictures to detail exactly which plywood boards needed replacing and helping with the sun tunnel placement. Paul helped to plan our long-term maintenance plan and helped answer all my questions. Finally, the crew were polite, left a clean job site and worked hard throughout the day to get a big job done in a day. Nothing but great things to say.

I can't say enough about Platinum Roofing. During the initial visit, Nick, owner of Platinum Roofing, provided full explanation and description regarding the materials and installation of new roofs for both house and garage. There was absolutely no pressure or commitment to retain Platinum Roofing. Week prior, Denise, the best office manager, called and scheduled day and time for installation. Paul, Project Manager, and his team arrived promptly at the assigned time. The organization of this team was very impressive. Ground and windows were covered as precaution for any damage and falling debris. Upon completion of the work, the team did a thorough cleanup including raking the grass a few times to ensure there were no bits of equipment, debris and nails left on the ground. Despite the heat and humidity, this team worked without hesitation. They were without a doubt the friendliest, hardworking and professional team. There was a minor detail that required fixing, and this was done the next day. Paul repeated numerously that he could be contacted at any time for any questions and concerns. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing.

I had several quotes for my home roof and was impressed from the start with Nick. He was professional, punctual and prepared. It was an easy choice choosing Platnium. We were away during the install but Paul kept us up to date with photos and communicated the progress effectively. When dealing with Denise she was polite and always kept us informed of scheduling. The crew did an amazing job with the install and the clean up. The roof looks great , and in my opinion, it’s the best one in the neighborhood. I would not hesitate to recommend Platnium in the future if needed.

Professional and fair price. My roofs’ shingles were curling up and my sheeting was moldy. Nick and his crew replaced all my sheeting and shingles in a couple days. Installed extra vents, baffles, and a new drip edge. Also removed my leaking chimney and sheeted over it. The crew works very efficiently. Referring Platinum to anyone that needs a roof replaced or repaired .

I highly recommend Platinum Roofing and Exteriors! Very pleased with our roof. We had 2 bad areas and they replaced wood at very little cost. Top notch shingles which comes with a 50 year warranty!! They completed the job in a timely manner and our roof looks great. They also cleaned out our eavestroughs at no extra charge! They were very respectful of our property as well. We had a stone coated metal roof installed 6 years ago and could not reach the original roofing company to fix an issue with one of the bathroom vents. After calling a number of different roofing companies who were not even willing to come look at it, Paul from Platinum Roofing came out and did an inspection despite not being a metal roofing company. It took some time to resolve, but they took specific training on how to do the repair the best way possible. Paul and Nick came and did a thorough repair, making sure we won't have any further issues. We really appreciate that they were willing to go to extra lengths to repair our roof.

We hired Platinum Roofing & Exteriors to remove and replace our shingles and couldn’t be happier with the final outcome and customer service delivered right from day 1 when Sean the Sales Manager came to our home to do the initial estimate. Speaking with Sean was like speaking with a friend, very informative and zero sales pressure whatsoever. Thereafter, between the original meeting and the scheduled install date, Denise, their Office Manager was extremely clear and informative in answering any questions I had in a very timely manner. Now for the experience on site, I was amazed at how well their machine is oiled. 2 crews were sent to do the job, everybody was equally pleasant to interact with. I still can’t believe how clean and fast the job was completed! When it came time for payment, Paul, the Project Manager clearly went over any questions I had about the final product and warranties included which are based on the materials generally offered and upgrades available.I have more work to be completed at a later date and would 100% hire this company again, no questions asked!

We got quite a few quotes before choosing Platinum roofing and exteriors. I chose Platinum out of the rest because when they gave us the quote it was no pressure and the gentleman who came to give it was extremely knowledgeable with everything we wanted to know and was very personable.They kept me in the loop the entire time which I really appreciated.. and the day they came to do the roof they took the time to make sure that the house was fully protected before they started. When they were finished they cleaned up 100% and if it wasn’t for the gorgeous new roof you wouldn’t even know they were here!I would recommend them for anyone who wants to make sure it gets done correctly!

My experience with this company was fantastic. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The team was on time every day and had the roof completed on schedule. In addition to completing a full new roof, they sided two Dormers, took down 3 chimneys and removed a skylight.Lots of follow ups during the job to advise of how the day went and what to expect the following day. We had rain a few days but as soon as the rain stopped they were back on task. Totally impressed.On job completion my warranty paperwork was completed and sent to me in one business day. They can drop you samples or you can go to the office and look at the huge selection.I would without a doubt recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone looking for a roof done correctly, timely and very reasonably priced.

We decided to contact Platinum Roofing after observing their excellent work at a neighbour's house. We received an appointment the same week for our estimate. Sean Mahon (sales manager) provided a detail review of roofing material options, with product brochures, samples and warranties, along with copies of Platinum Roofing's trade license and liability insurance. We received a detailed written estimate outlining all work and materials. When our roof showed signs of deteriorating sheathing, we were moved up in scheduling. Paul Lawson (project manager) assessed the entire roof, showed us pictures of roofing issues, and returned for a post-work inspection. He even painted one of our metal vents chocolate brown to match the new materials. The work crews for both our roof replacement and evestroughs/downspouts were excellent, including attention to property protection and clean-up. Throughout the work, Denise Forget (office manager) was friendly, kept us informed, and sent us both e-mail and hard copies of all estimates and receipts. We have had two major storms with no leaks from our new roof, skylight or vents, and excellent drainage from our new, properly installed evestroughs and re-aligned downspouts. We highly recommend Platinum Roofing for their excellent workmanship and their skilled, professional and friendly staff and crews.

We just had a new roof and skylight installed by Platinum Roofing and we couldn't be happier. Denise, the office manager, was always a pleasure to deal with, and answered all questions we had. Paul, the project manager, was also very responsive, answered all our questions, and gave us confidence that the job would be well done. The crew arrived just before I left for work, and when I came home, I had a brand new roof, with no evidence of them being there! My house was spotless, and any and all construction debris was cleaned up. And, their prices are very reasonable! I would definitely recommend Platinum Roofing.

We could not be more pleased with the beautiful job done by Platinum Roofing. From the estimate to the final clean-up, they were friendly, professional, extremely competent and hard-working. In fact, the crew worked very hard on the hottest day of the year. They removed our unused chimney, replaced a skylight, and added a roof-line vent that has already made a big difference to the attic ventilation. All materials used were top-grade, and the roof is guaranteed for 50 years. We would highly recommend them.

**Edit**Almost 6 years to the month of my roof install and they are still the same great company! I had damage to my roof from what I thought was wind. I called up Platinum & had their project manager Paul at my door about 2 hours later. He was a great guy and insisted it was no bother. Not only did he bring the materials to do a repair, he was able to determine that an animal was the cause, not wind and did an excellent job at explaining and why. He also inspected the roof for any further damage. Platinum roofing and Paul took care of us despite 6 years passing from the original job. Very impressive.Excellent customer service. Really what makes a business these days in my opinion is how they treat the customer from start to finish. Nick and his cousin run this company with a lot passion and it is evident in how they treated me and my family. From the quote to the work and cleanup, extremely professional. They crew they had there and the lead hand Eric was phenomenal and at the end of the job my property was spotless and the roof looked amazing. They replaced boards that needed replacementnent and sold me what I needed and not what was unnecessary. The warranty and product they use is exceptional too. Of the 3 quotes I got, they were middle of the pack on price but offered the most for my money. They even came right after I hired them and put up temporary patching to protect from water damage as I had lost substantial amounts of shingles from a spring storm. Definitely reccomend!
