I had 4 Sun Tunnels installed (not sure if I am supposed to mention how much I paid or not?). It did cost enough that I was up a few nights, and awake early a few mornings wondering if the cost would be worth it.The workers showed up on time (I am sorry I am terrible with names). They explained the order that they would be working in, explained/described tools that I asked about. Answered all questions I had throughout the process and tolerated me walking around their worksite (my home) and talking to them to ask more questions.They encountered a hiccup (waterlines in the ceiling) the fix was quick, I was notified of the steps and we picked a new location together.3 of the Sun Tunnels make such a difference I truly regret not taking a before and after.1 Sun Tunnel, installed in a room with an okay sized window on one side and a sliding glass door on the other, a room filled with natural light. My partner and I can't believe how much light it fills the room with. With thought it might be a dusk and dawn we might regret it thing. We love all 4.To be clear, if I win the lottery. I would hire this company, these wonderful people to install so many of these things in my new house people it would describe it as excessive.

The service was extremely quick , Sharon in the office was very delightful to talk to from the phone call, to the office to the finished installation all in one day more then happy . Joe was very informative and competent. HIghly recommend Donnelly skylights to everyone.Norm and Gail Nanaimo
