Skylight Pros is a family business and they are real pros on what they do. Great communications from my first contact with Elizabeth. I received all the relevant information, options and a fair estimate.Derick (owner) and the crew showed up on time, were courteous, respectful, finished the job and cleaned up after themselves.Would recommend them 100%.

The skylight has added visual and temperature comfort to the master suite in my home. The installation was done promptly and very respectful of my exterior and interior spaces: I didn’t have any extra cleaning! The warranty is very comprehensive. I recommend Skylight Pros for replacement of any existing home skylight!

Let's start with how quick and friendly everyone at Skylight Pros are (very professional). Elizabeth set me up with a quick date to evaluate, responded with a quote and the team were able to install, all within approximately a month.When changing my cheap plastic bubble for a quality triple pane skylight, they discovered a messy situation that caused some of the drywall to crumble. This was not their doing or fault and yet they wanted to make sure I was happy. So with some thought and a couple visits, Derek came up with a cosmetic solution that is perfect. They didn't even charge for all their extra time or trim!Now we've had a few cold blasts, I can say they are the best investment I've made in a while. As an added bonus, if cost is what's holding anyone back from the same investment, Skylight Pros were half the price of others (I learned many other companies book and charge, then subcontract Skylight Pros, so go directly to the best installers and save the money)!

I contacted Skylight Pros due to hail damage in 2025. Derrick came out within 24 hrs to assess the damage to our skylight. And he temporarily repaired the damage that occurred. I was very impressed with the professionalism and service that was provided by Derrick. I would recommend this company a 10/10. I will also be using Skylight Pros in the future for any assistance with exterior repairs. Thanks again Elisabeth & Derrick.

Derek did a fantastic job to replace my old skylight. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very honest when dealing the business with his client. I have no idea if I should install the tray kit for my skylight, and after assessing my roof, Derek told me I don't need it. Skylight Pros arrived on time and gave us a very acceptable price on replacement of our existing skylights that had been damaged by hail. Four days later, the new skylights were installed and the installer even took the time to examine our roof for additional signs of hail damage. We are very impressed with the service and professionalism Skylight Pros provided us and would not hesitate to recommend Skylight Pros to our friends or to have them return should we need additional assistance with damage to our home. 10 out of 10 for this company.

Really pleased with Skylight Pros. Good communication via email and phone. Better pricing than another company. We like that they provide a warranty on their work, not just on the product. Our installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the work quickly and right on the schedule we were provided.

We are really happy with the skylight install we had, it's been amazing and has opened up our space with light and a nice breeze, cooling our upstairs nicely. That said, what we really liked about Skylight Pros is the amazing level of customer service, with prompt callbacks and excellent communication. They were always pro-active with the quote options, and regular updates so we knew exactly what to expect and when it was being done. The install as well was seamless to us. Would definitely use again and highly highly recommend.

I contacted Skylight Pros seeking professional advice as I was having a hard time finding a solid contractor in my area. Although they did not perform the work (as they are 600kms away from me) this team held my hand every step of the way to ensure a successful outcome for my problematic skylight. Our old existing skylight began leaking. The showed up and did a bandaid repair and then returned to install a new one. Professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
